The central magnetic field strength Hmax≥0.5T (the magnetic field is in the axial direction at the center of the coil).

◆Working principle:

The SP-35 type magnetizing and demagnetizing machine is powered by an AC power source. After rectification, a DC current is generated and then sent to the magnetic field coil to generate a DC magnetic field.

◆How to use:

Magnetizing: Put the workpiece into the center of the magnetizing coil, apply the maximum DC current, and generate the highest magnetic field in the center of the coil, so that the magnetization of the workpiece is saturated, and the workpiece is taken out to achieve the purpose of magnetization.

Demagnetization: Put the workpiece in the center of the coil, its direction and position are the same as that during magnetization, and then pass the current in the opposite direction, and determine the current size according to the coercivity of the workpiece. The workpiece will be demagnetized after the power is turned off. The closer the applied magnetic field is to the coercive force of the workpiece, the better the demagnetization effect.
