The working principle of advanced solenoid coils of china is based on Ampere's loop law and the right-hand spiral law. When a current is passed through a solenoid, the current creates a magnetic field inside the solenoid. Its working principle can be summarized as follows:
Ampere's Circuit Law: Ampere's Circuit Law states that the total magnetic flux through a closed loop is equal to the sum of the currents in the loop. In the solenoid, current passes through the wire to create a magnetic field. According to Ampere's loop law, a magnetic field is formed inside the solenoid.
Right-hand spiral rule: The right-hand spiral rule is a rule that describes the direction of the magnetic field produced by current flowing through a wire. According to this law, when the right-hand holds the wire so that the current flows from the fingers to the direction of the thumb, then the direction of the palm is the direction of the magnetic field. For a solenoid, when current passes through the solenoid, the direction of the magnetic field formed is along the axis of the solenoid.
Magnetic field strength: The strength of the magnetic field produced by a solenoid is related to the strength of the current surrounding the wire and the geometry of the solenoid. Typically, increasing the strength of the current or increasing the number of turns (number of windings) in the solenoid increases the strength of the magnetic field.
Therefore, the working principle of the advanced solenoid coils of China can be simply summarized as follows: by passing an electric current, a magnetic field is generated inside the solenoid, the direction of which is along the axis of the solenoid. The strength of the magnetic field depends on the current intensity and the geometry of the solenoid.
