  Rotating the magnet, the magnetic field can rotate 360° around the axis of rotation, can be equipped with a stepping motor to accurately control the rotation of the magnet, set the rotation angle arbitrarily, and programmatically control the forward and reverse rotation and travel time. The angle resolution accuracy of the controller is 0.01 degrees, the mechanical step angle accuracy is 0.1 degrees, and the repeat positioning accuracy is 0.05 degrees.

A classy rotating magnetic field electromagnet source is an important electromagnetic device, usually used in motors, generators, and various sensors. The following are the three main stages required to generally produce rotating electromagnets and their corresponding process steps:

 

Phase 1: Material Preparation and Processing
Material selection: Choose a suitable magnetic material, usually iron, nickel, cobalt, etc.
Cutting materials: Cut the selected materials into blocks of appropriate size according to the design requirements.
Processing materials: Process raw materials into required shapes, such as circles, squares, etc., through drilling, milling, and other processing techniques.
Surface treatment: Surface treatment of processed materials, such as polishing, coating, etc., to improve their corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

 

Phase 2: Coil Manufacturing and Assembly
Winding: Select wires of appropriate specifications and wind the coil on the iron core of the electromagnet according to the design requirements. This is usually done using an automatic winding machine.
Insulation treatment: Insulate the wound coils to prevent short circuits or breakdowns between coils or between coils and iron core.
Coil fixation: Fix the insulated coil on the iron core, usually using glue or special clamps.
Connect the cables: Connect the coil's terminal blocks to the appropriate cables for connection to the power supply or control system.

 

Phase 3: Testing and Debugging
Resistance test: Conduct a resistance test on the coil to ensure the quality of the coil and whether the connection meets the requirements.
Functional test: By applying current to the classy rotating magnetic field electromagnet source, check whether the magnetic field generated meets the design requirements and whether the working performance of the electromagnet is normal.
Correction and debugging: If problems are found, correction and debugging need to be carried out until the working performance of the electromagnet meets the design requirements.
